Well, I guess I'll do a follow up.  It turns out Lord Bob had help in ruining my attempt to know the girl.  So they all got a punch in the arm. 
And in turns out, she had a boyfriend anyways.  So in the end, maybe they saved me some humiliation, but I didn't like their methods.

Well, defeated yet agian ^_^.  But my moral is high, my virtue set, and my sense of adventure has never been greater!  Somewhere out there, a story waits to be told.  And when it happens, you can be sure to find it right here!

Hmmm, I'm not used to blogging or anything.  But littletwitchy told me about it so here I am!
I guess you guys want a story or something..hmmm. 
Oh I know, let me tell you about my day so far!


Yesterday I was in the college and walked into the middle of a heated political debate between one of the guys I know and another girl.  The girl...was really cute.  I'm not gonna say who was on who's side or which side I took, because I really couldn't pay attention.  I just loved her smile ^_^.
Anyways, I said maybe a couple of things to her, and then excused myself because I had to head to work.

I called my friend up, who's name in this case is Lord Bob.  I said,
"hey, that girl is kinda cute huh?"
"yeah...i guess."  
"Do me a favor, go figure out what you can." 
"really?  Why?"
"Well, I...uh...well..you know..."
"Oh...what?"
"Oh just do it and don't ask questions!"
"Ok fine..."


And that was that.  Lord Bob prides himself with talking to girls.  And seeing how I didn't have the time to do it myself, I figured the matter was safe  in his hands.  (<-----this is some foreshadowing...)
I never heard back from him.


-----next day...today-------
So there i was, in the The Commons.  A place in our college where the students can just hang out and talk. 
I sat next to my usual crew, nice guys...although a few of them have some serious nerdage issues.  Lol.
And one of the guys named Phil says,

"hey, you know that girl from Monday?"
*Slightly turning red*""Ummm, sorta, what about her?"
"Well uh...Lord Bob came by and said 'hey, you know that tall guy?  He thinks your hot.'"

At this point i felt like swallowing my heart.  Lord Bob may pride himself on talking to the ladies, but I should have remembered that he really can't do anything right.  So..in an attempt to keep my cool...I say...
"Oh, that's funny."
"yeah...so you have like no chance now..."
"oh well, I wasn't really thinking that anyways..."
And that was that.  I had dodged humiliation, barely...but Lord bob had definitely skrewed me over.  So...about an hour ago...i headed to Accounting.  I saw the girl in the hall talking to some friends, therefore I quickly threw on my sunglasses and took a severe detour.  I don't think she noticed me.

Now I gotta live for the rest of the semester in hiding hoping to dear god she doesn't come up to me and punch me in the stomach, or worse, ask me about it...sigh...

Ladies aren't my strong point.  I have never had a girlfriend.  Thanks to college and a couple of people I know online, I'm starting to come out of my shell I guess.  But holy crap!  Lord Bob is so getting a punch in the arm today.
